As the province’s leading non-profit provider of road, occupational, and community safety services, Safety Services Nova Scotia is proud to once again serve as the exclusive host of this important event. Building on the record-breaking success of our 2026 conference, we look forward to another outstanding gathering in 2027.
Since 1982, the conference has brought together workplace health and safety stakeholders from across the region, including employers, unions, government and academic leaders, support organizations, and others who share a commitment to making worker safety—both physical and psychological—a top priority.
This year’s conference is especially meaningful as it marks our final gathering at The Westin Nova Scotian Hotel before we begin an exciting new chapter in 2028 at the Halifax Convention Centre. We hope you’ll join us as we come together one last time in a venue that has hosted years of learning, collaboration, and meaningful connection within Nova Scotia’s health and safety community.
Under this year’s theme, From Path to Purpose, we’ll explore how individuals, organizations, and leaders can move beyond compliance and routine to create safer workplaces with greater intention, innovation, and impact.
